Coldwell Banker D’ann Harper Realtor is the 2nd largest woman-owned Coldwell Banker Franchise in the United States and has over 500+ licensed Realtors, and is a multi-award-winning agency with a legacy of excellence.
Here is a compilation of projects I created while having the opportunity to work for CBDHR as a Graphic Designer.
Realtor Rally Guitar Hero Intro-
Realtor Rally is CBDHR’s biggest event for the company, a day where all 500 Realtors are invited out for a day all about them. For 2021 we chose a rock and roll theme.
The following is the intro for the entire event, inspired by games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band! All elements and animations were created by myself.
1 Billion Animation-
Animation made to congratulate and surprise our realtors at our Realtor Rally Event. Along with being presented at our in-person event, we shared this through our social media as well.

Relocation Animation-
This social media video was a part of a larger relocation campaign that ran from August 2021 and onward.
Our marketing team came together to start brainstorming and that then led to me storyboarding and drafting this animation. With this animation, we wanted to highlight the ways someone might go looking for a new place to call home!

Recruitment Animation-
This social media video was a part of a larger recruitment campaign that we ran from October 2021 and onward.
Our marketing team came together to start brainstorming and that then led to me storyboarding and drafting this animation. With this animation, we wanted to highlight some of the various prestigious awards CBDHR has won in the past. Along with this, we also wanted to subtly show how CBDHR is sleek and modern as compared to the archaic ways of some smaller or more traditional realtor brokers.

4th of July animation-
his social media video was created specially for the 4th of July posting on all of the company's social media outlets. Along with the company social, this was included in a larger campaign that would be sent out via email for every home buyer after closing, and for those on their 5-year closing anniversary. This was created to be a follow-up email campaign program that the agents could sign up for.
Global Luxury Animation-
This social media video was created for our Global Luxury agents to post on their own social media platforms. Everything seen was created and animated by myself.
Boerne Star Best of the Best-
This social media video was created for the announcement of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper’s award in the Boerne Star. This is a coveted title in Boerne, and is well renowned for the Realtors at CBDHR and the Office Assistants.
Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Forbearance Ad 2021
This social media video was created for us to announce Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper’s forbearance help. This was created for all agents and offices to be able to use and farm for new clients.

This animation was made to commemorate Memorial day and the 20th anniversary of all of our social medial platforms.
Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Chili Cookoff 2021-
This animation was made to promote our annual Chili Cookoff fundraiser. This was posted on all of our social media and also given to the agents for them to spread as well.
Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper Custom Social Media Gifs
A collection of custom social media gifs for CBDHR as a whole, and for individual agents; these were uploaded to Giphy for the company and agents to use as stickers on Instagram and Snapchat.
2021 San Antonio Fiesta Social Media Schedule-
Social media graphics were made for posting on our social media platforms to display upcoming events in the city. These were also used by our agents and sent out to their clients and contact lists!
